After School Clubs
We are delighted to share our extra-curricular after school club offer for the 2025-26 academic year.
Progressive Kids are our wrap around care company and will run clubs every day. They are separate to our academy so any bookings and inquiries should be directed to them – you can find out more information HERE
OAMR Clubs
· Please ensure children are given appropriate clothing if they attend a club, for example, coat & jumper, sports kit if applicable and a water bottle and suncream in hot weather.
· If your child signs up for a club, they are expected to participate in every session. If your child is unable to attend a session, please make sure you inform the office so that we know their whereabouts. Refunds will not be given for clubs or missed individual sessions.
· We have listened to parent and carer feedback from last year’s clubs and have made a change to how we operate our clubs. Clubs will run for a half-term (5 or 6 weeks at a time), rather than for the entirety of a term like last year (12 weeks at a time).
· Costs of Clubs: Due to rising living costs and financial pressures on our community, we have made the decision to reduce the costs of our clubs. Our clubs will be priced at £25 per club, irrespective of whether it is a 5 or 6-week term, the cost will be £25. We hope that this reduction in cost will help our families, whilst ensuring the clubs can remain sustainable across the academic year.
· Start Time: Clubs will begin straight after school.
· End Time: Clubs will finish at 4:30pm and children should be collected promptly from the school’s ramp entrance next to the staff car park. If children are persistently collected late, they may lose their place within the club. Please ensure you have your collection password ready.
· Please carefully pay attention and take note of the start and finish dates of each club, information is in the table below.
· How to sign up? You will be able to sign up on the ‘My child at school’ App when the sign up opens (see table below). Please note bookings cannot be made without payment. Spaces tend to sell out quick so please be ready and prompt to avoid disappointment, and please ensure you enrol on your correct chosen club.
2025/26 Schedule
Please be aware that clubs are subject to change and additional clubs could be added throughout the academic year

Led by Miss Kitchen and Clifton College’s Head of Music, the afterschool club will focus on vocal warm-ups, rehearsing songs from a range of genres—including Christmas favourites—and building confidence through singing. There will be a special concert at Clifton College Chapel on Friday 28th November 2025, and transport will be provided for all children. Please note: children must be available on this date and happy to sing in the concert. It’s a joyful opportunity to be part of something musical and memorable—Miss Kitchen is really looking forward to getting started! |
